THE PUBLICATION

Privacy Policy

This notice describes Workforce Signal Review, including its message-evidence checklist, reading controls and publication correspondence.

Responsible publisher: tomas. Privacy contact: lisatomas@gmail.com.

Category-only evidence checklist

The checklist accepts fixed categories for the subject, how a notice was encountered and the requested action. It has no message-text field, credential field, file upload or submission. Selections and results remain in current-page memory. Reset clears them; a browser may independently restore page state.

The checklist does not access an employee system, inspect a destination, scan an attachment, authenticate a sender or send a support request. Its complete guidance is also readable without JavaScript. The article topic filter is local to the page.

Optional reading positions

Reading-position storage is off until you explicitly allow it. When enabled, article paths, positions and timestamps are stored in localStorage on this browser. Rejecting the preference stops future reading storage and attempts to remove the saved record. The Cookie Policy and Settings names the storage and its duration.

Ordinary requests and search

Loading a page or asset sends a request to this website. Site search places the search words in the URL. Do not enter employee information, work messages, account details, security codes or other private information into search.

Website delivery

Visiting https://mylisaausportal.com/ sends ordinary requests to the services that deliver this website. Those services may process an IP address, requested page or asset, request time, browser information and referring address for delivery, security or diagnostics. Which records are kept, where they are processed and how long they remain depend on the services and their settings. Any specific details supplied by the publisher are listed below; the reading-storage duration does not describe server-log retention.

Editorial tools and browser storage

The evidence checklist and article filter run in the current page. Their code does not submit your category choices or results to the publisher or an outside service. Optional reading positions are read and written in this browser. The preference cookie records your reading choice and is sent with matching website requests by your browser. The Cookie Policy lists these records and their duration.

Email correspondence

An email link opens your email service. Sending email shares the message, sender address and related delivery information with the sender’s and recipient’s email services and the publisher. These services handle email separately from the reading controls. Any specific correspondence-retention or processing-location details supplied by the publisher are listed below; the reading-storage duration does not describe email retention. For questions or requests concerning correspondence, contact lisatomas@gmail.com. Do not send credentials or private employee records.

Other website technologies

The editorial checklist and reading controls do not include analytics, advertising tags or third-party media players. Other WordPress plugins, embedded content and hosting services can operate separately. Reading-preference controls govern only the reading feature; they do not control those services or establish a complete inventory of the website.

External sources

Following an external link sends a request to that destination, which has its own practices. Cookie Settings here does not control an employer’s services, another website, your phone settings or SMS preferences.

Correspondence and privacy requests

For an editorial correction, send a public article address and a short explanation. Do not send employee records or credentials. Use lisatomas@gmail.com to ask about information held by this publication or request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Disabling reading storage does not delete email, infrastructure logs or another service’s records.
